A very small taste, because the experience of actually visiting restaurant De Zwethheul can hardly be evoked by words and images. You have to experience it for yourself, just like the surprising and pure flavours of our dishes and wines.

Our menu contains both evergreens, which my regular customers forbid me to replace, and new, surprising creations. Conceived by us as a team, then prepared, tasted, improved, tasted again, once more improved etc. Until we all agree: this is...wow! Only then will it be given a place on the menu.

The same 'wow' feeling can also be found in our extensive wine collection, the warm service and the interior design of our restaurant. For instance in the cosy amuses room, the wonderful greenhouse, the beautiful terrace at the waterside and the chef's table, which grants you a great view of our state-of-the-art kitchen. All these ingredients ensure that you will fully enjoy all the delicacies we prepare for you in a unique atmosphere.
