Welcome to our website. Your visit here probably means that I have not yet had the opportunity to welcome you personally as my guest, so allow me to give you a virtual tour. Although your online visit may give you a virtual foretaste of what to expect, it will in no way detract from the suspense and enjoyment of a live visit to our establishment.
At the beginning of this year, our restaurant underwent a major renovation, resulting in an ambience which I dare to say is unique in the Netherlands. The laid-back tints, large glass surfaces and sophisticated use of blue steel are not meant to impress – although they may very well do so – but rather to ensure that the entire setting serves to focus the attention of our guests on our culinary creations. After all, that is where it all has to and does happen.
Besides various classic dishes, which my guests insist on always being able to order, the menu also regularly features new creations. These are thought up by our own team, prepared, tasted, improved upon, tasted again, improved again etc. until we all agree that it really is … amazing! Only then does it appear on the menu.
On Sundays, we open at 12 PM, from which time the kitchen is continuously in operation, allowing you to also order a late lunch or early dinner. Our doors will then be open for you, including the doors opening onto the outdoor patio, where you can sit and relax while we prepare your order.
